The Sisters in Law's mission is to connect, encourage, and empower minority women in the law by creating a platform to share open reflections and spark conversations about the unique experiences we face in a non-diverse profession. Through guest contributors on this site, and various social events, The Sisters in Law will explore relevant topics from diverse women across practice areas. We hope to encourage young attorneys to build relationships, push through tough moments in their career, and insist on a seat at the table regarding minority female representation and retention. The next wave of new attorneys need to see our faces, hear our voices, and know that our sisterhood is strong.
